World Data League

Amsterdam, Netherlands / Lisbon, Portugal / Brussels, Belgium (virtual)

World Data League (WDL) invited Christina Caljé to join its program, The WDL Show, to discuss her experience as a mentor in the 2022 World Data League Challenge. Christina was interviewed by Miguel José Monteiro and Fabiana Oliveira of WDL. The 2022 competition launched with 200 data scientists competing to be crowned the world's best data scientists solving social-oriented problems together, mentored by 50 carefully selected global experts in the data science and AI space.

In its second year, WDL competition centers around topics related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and uses real-world challenges provided by WDL partners. Once the competition finishes, WDL shares the insights and results with the world. All WDL knowledge becomes public, to be used at no cost by anyone, anywhere. WDL is listed on the Top 100 AI solutions for Sustainable Development by IRCAI, UNESCO International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence.

The WDL Show was live-streamed on Youtube on 2 April 2022, as part of the Stage 1 closing ceremony, during which the highest scoring top 3 teams were announced and the launch of stage 2, announcing the new challenges of the WDL 2022 competition.

If you would like Christina to speak at your event, feel free to contact her directly or via her speaker bureau, The Next Speaker.
