Deloitte invited Christina Caljé to share her perspective as a founder / investor on the opportunities and ethical considerations as the Metaverse develops, as part of its ‘AI for Good’ series. The AI for Good webinar series brings together the best innovators within and outside Deloitte, to explore the question: What can AI do for good?

The conversation explored the Metaverse world, the role of AI in building an interactive and trustworthy Metaverse experience, How should organisations behave in response to it? How will the Metaverse impact the future of our workplaces? The governance around it and the future landscape.

The panel discussed the topic from various perspectives, from building accessibility to the Metaverse to the creation of digital identities, intended as digital representation of human beings. The discussion was supported by a regulatory and governance point of view, encouraging us to consider the possible ethical implications of this new digital world.
