Entrepreneur.

Investor. Advocate.

Born and raised in New York City, Christina Caljé is an exited technology founder turned investor and thought leader focused on the frontier technologies reshaping society. A former Goldman Sachs Executive Director, she brings over 15 years of experience spanning venture capital and financial services across New York, London, and Amsterdam. After the acquisition of her AI-based technology company in 2021, Christina shifted her focus from building companies to shaping long-term legacy—working at the portfolio and ecosystem level to influence how emerging technologies are funded, governed, and scaled.

Through her firm TINTT (Too Important Not To Try), Christina advises leaders across the private and public sectors, including venture funds, corporates, governments, and academic institutions, on navigating the strategic and ethical trade-offs inherent in frontier innovation. She serves in advisory, board, and investment committee roles, bringing an operator’s perspective to complex, high-stakes decision-making.

Christina is also the creator and host of Stories From the Lab, an editorial platform offering rare access to the founders, scientists, and decision-makers behind emerging technologies such as AI and quantum. She is a sought-after moderator, keynote speaker, and advisor on women, power, capital, and the moral responsibility of making money in transformative technologies.

Additionally, Christina has directly mentored 40+ startups, invests globally as a business angel and currently sits on the board of multiple startups and accelerator programs. In recognition of the impact of her efforts to equalise capital distribution and access within the European startup ecosystem, Christina won the distinguished Techleap ‘Giving Back’ award in 2022, the Women In Technology ‘Global Leadership Award’ (Netherlands) in 2022 and was nominated as a top 3 finalist for MSDUK ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award in 2023.
